The conference is offered to the entire university community and to the Asturian population in general. No previous skills beyond basic general education are required. The course touches on cross-cutting issues of interest in non-academic fields, touching on everyday problems in modern societies. All activities are free of charge.
The thematic blocks in this edition are: Climate Apocalypse, Feminisms and Technologies, Technological Skins. The conferences are part of an extension classroom that is structured temporally as follows:1 - Workshops, seminars and teamwork: Tuesday 14, Wednesday 15 and Thursday 16 February from 15:30 to 20:00 h.It is held at the Milan Campus in Oviedo. 2 - Conferences: Wednesday 22 and 23 February, from 15:30 to 20:00 h.It is held at the CMI El Llano in Gijón. In the next few days we will include the final programme of the conference. 3 - Congress: Friday 24 February, from 12:00 to 20:00 h. It will take place in the CMI El Llano in Gijón. Speakers from all over Spain who have sent their papers will participate and will present them to the audience.
The IF working group, made up of teachers of engineering, philosophy and collaborators from the University of Oviedo. The director is Professor Pablo Revuelta, and this is the fifth year that we have organised activities related to engineering and philosophy.
